RAM2000 G2 Extractive FTIR Monitoring System

The RAM2000 G2-extractive monitoring system is designed to perform long term unattended continuous gas cell monitoring.

The bench of the G2-extractive can easily receive single pass or multi-pass gas cells to accomodate a variety of monitoring applications.

Gas cells are selected based on criteria and target gas concentration.

Gas can be flowed into the G2-extractive cell while the FTIR continuously analyzes the gas and reports speciated concentrations in real time.

All G2 - extractive bench optics are easily accessable and field adjustable to improve performance.

Users can choose the LN2 filled detector dewar or a closed loop sterling engine cryo-cooler.

G2 has state of the art electronic circuit boards including a powerful and flexible on board integrated controller with an 18-bit ADC and Ethernet Interface.

The RAM20000 G2 extractive FTIR is controlled by the award winning RMMSoft™ with patented signal processing algorithms and automated processes such as adaptive background filtering and automatic water vapor-alignment.

The RAM2000 G2 - extractive FTIR can alsp be ordered to accept open path telescopes to perform open path monitoring. Overall, users familiar with the first RAM2000 system will find the G2 easy to operate since primary software features remain the same. Users will benefit greatly from the improved hardware design. and appreciate the improved performance.




RAM2000 Liquids Monitoring Portal System

The RAM2000 walk-through liquid screening portal is fully capable of detecting and distinguishing explosive and flammable liquids from benign liquids.

When utilized at passenger checkpoints the system can support a throughput of greater than 200 bottles per hour.

The system will function on open containers, (either full or partially full) of any shape and color made from glass, plastic, paper or other materials which are typically found in the marketplace and passenger stream of commerce.

Passengers with liquid containers will enter the door frame portal, place their open containers on a sniffer shelf and wait four to ten seconds for a go no-go indication which is based on a comprehensive chemical analysis.
